Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Syntax Innovations is an independent studio that designs and builds iOS apps. We are a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, and we operate from Morocco. You can reach us at ceo@syntaxinnovation.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at syntaxinnovation.com and email or other communications you send us. It does not cover apps published by our clients, which have their own privacy policies (see section 4).

3. This website

The website has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not set tracking cookies. It has one form, described in section 5.

• Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in server logs for security and to operate the service. We do not use this data to identify you.
• Fonts and assets. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. No third-party font or script services are loaded.
• Outbound links. Links to the App Store take you to Apple's websites, which are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly service and update this policy first.

4. Apps

The apps shown on this site were designed and built by Syntax Innovations for clients and are published on the App Store under each client's own account. The client is the publisher and data controller for their app. Each app's privacy policy is linked from its App Store listing; please refer to it for how that app handles your data.

Our own product, an App Store listing localization tool, is in development and is not yet available. This policy will be updated before it launches.

5. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. If you use the “Start a project” form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your project description, and your phone number and company if you choose to add them.

We use this information to reply to you and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you ask us to do. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that processes them on our behalf. Our email is hosted by a third-party email provider, which processes messages on our behalf.

6. Client projects

When we build an app for a client, we handle project information such as requirements, designs, source code and credentials in line with the written agreement for that project. We treat client information as confidential and only use it to deliver the project.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us operate (currently website hosting, form delivery and email), who may only use it to provide their service to us;
• when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property; or
• with your consent.

8. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep business records, and project information for the duration set out in the project agreement. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time (see section 10).

9. International transfers

We are a U.S. company operated from Morocco, and our service providers are based in the United States. Information you send us may therefore be processed in the United States, Morocco and the country you contact us from. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email ceo@syntaxinnovation.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

11. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
