Refund Policy

1. Purchases made inside apps

The apps shown on this site are published on the App Store by our clients. Any purchase or subscription made inside those apps is processed by Apple, not by Syntax Innovations, and is subject to Apple's App Store terms. We cannot see or issue refunds for App Store transactions.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase, use Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support. To cancel a subscription, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

2. Client development projects

We do not take an upfront payment. You only pay for work you have already seen and validated. A project runs in three steps:

• 1. Discovery. We talk through what you need and agree on the scope and the project price in writing. Nothing is due at this stage.
• 2. MVP. We build and ship a working MVP so you can test it on your own devices. Once you validate it, 30% of the agreed price is due.
• 3. Production. We complete and ship the production version. On receipt of the remaining 70%, we hand over full project access: source code, assets, and any accounts or credentials we set up for the project.

Because each payment is made after the corresponding work has been delivered and validated by you, payments are not refundable once made. If you decide not to continue after the MVP, you owe nothing beyond the 30% MVP payment, and we keep the project files until the final payment is made. If we are unable to complete the production version after you have paid for the MVP, we will refund that payment in full.

Refunds that are due are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
